Ladies’ Circle International is a global organization that is led by the LCI Board, which is responsible for overseeing and managing the international structure of Ladies’ Circle. The board consists of experienced and dedicated members from various countries around the world who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

To ensure effective management of Ladies’ Circle at the regional level, the organization is divided into five regions, each with its own Regional Chair. The Regional Chair serves as the leader of the region and is responsible for overseeing the activities of the National Boards within their region, as well as collaborating with the LCI Board to develop and implement global strategies and initiatives.

Each national association within Ladies’ Circle has its own structure, which typically includes a National Board and sometimes Regional Chairs, depending on the size of the country and the number of Circles. The National Board is responsible for managing the operations of the association, including organizing events, fundraising, and coordinating activities with other national associations and the LCI Board.

Finally, at the grassroots level, Ladies’ Circle is organized into individual clubs or Circles, which are typically made up of a group of women who come together to support each other and give back to their communities. Each Circle is led by a President and has its own unique structure and activities, which are tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of the members.
